For years I watched businesses and everyday people struggle with technology that should have been helping them. Outdated websites that were losing customers. Laptops collecting dust because nobody had explained how to use them properly. Software that nobody understood but everyone was paying for.
I'm George, and I got frustrated. Not with the people - with the fact that good tech help felt like it was only available to those who already knew what to ask for, or could afford to pay someone to figure it out for them.
