Initial Enquiry
Reach out however suits you: email, phone, or the contact form. Tell me a bit about what you're after and I'll get back to you within one working day. No commitment, no pressure.
Book a Call
We'll jump on a quick call so I can properly understand your business, your goals, and what you're looking for. This is the most important step - the more I know about you, the better the end result.
Understanding Your Vision
I'll ask you about websites you like, colours, tone of voice, what you definitely don't want, and anything else that matters to you. I want to make sure I'm building something that feels genuinely like you - not just a template.
Gathering Everything
Before I start building, I'll collect everything I need - your logo, images, copy, brand guidelines, and any other assets. The more you can give me upfront, the smoother the whole process will be.
Homepage First
I always start with the homepage and show it to you before touching anything else. If the homepage feels right, everything else will too. We'll tweak it until you're genuinely happy - not just okay - with how it looks.
Building the Rest
Once the homepage is signed off, I'll build out the remaining pages. You'll get regular updates and can check in at any point. Nothing is set in stone until you say it is.
Review & Changes
You'll get a full review period to go through everything with fresh eyes. Anything you want changed, tweaked, or reworked - just say so. I'd rather spend extra time here than launch something you're not proud of.
Launch
Once you're happy with every page, we go live. I'll handle the technical side - domain setup, DNS, final checks - so the launch is smooth. I'll also walk you through how to manage your site so you're never left in the dark.
Ongoing Support
On the £20/month hosting package, I'm always on hand for updates, fixes, and questions. Your site stays fast, secure, and backed up - and you always have someone to call if something doesn't look right.
