The launch is the easy bit.
Here's what usually happens. A business pays a few thousand for a website, it goes live, and everyone's delighted. Then the designer moves on to the next job.
Eighteen months later the opening hours are wrong, the SSL certificate has expired, three plugins are out of date, the phone number links to a mobile that got changed, and the business has quietly slipped off the first page of Google. It's already inside the price of all three care plans below, so £49 a month means £49 a month. You only pay it on its own if you've bought your site outright and don't want a plan.

"Am I tied in forever?"
No. If you took the reduced build price there's a 12-month minimum. After that it rolls monthly and you can leave with 30 days' notice. No exit fees, and I won't make it difficult.
"Do I pay hosting on top?"
Not on a care plan. The £20 is already inside every plan price, so the figure on the card is the figure you pay. Hosting is only billed on its own if you bought your site outright and decided against a plan.
"What happens to my site if I leave?"
It's yours. You own the domain from day one, and I'll hand over the site files and help move it to wherever you're going. I've never seen the point in holding anyone's website hostage.
"Can you guarantee page one?"
Nobody can, and anyone who does is lying to you. What I can do is the work that reliably improves local rankings, then show you the numbers each month so you can judge it yourself.
