Do you charge a call-out fee in Portishead?
No. I live here, so coming to you isn't a journey worth billing for. If you want to talk a problem through and work out whether it's even worth fixing, that costs nothing either. I'll quote you before any actual work starts.
How quickly can you get to me?
Usually same day or next day for anything local. Being five minutes away rather than an hour is the main practical difference between me and a shop in Bristol, and it matters most when your laptop has died the day before you need it.
Do you help people at home, or only businesses?
Both, and always have. Roughly half my tech support work is for people at home: retired couples, families, folk working from the spare room. You don't need to be a business to get in touch, and I won't talk to you in jargon.
